 KICK-BALL-STEP, FORWARD-ROCK, BACK SHUFFLE, TOUCH BACK, 1/2 TURN

1&2  Kick right forward, step ball of right next to left, step forward on left
3-4  Rock forward on right, recover weight onto left
5&6  Step back on right, step left next to right, step back on right
7-8  Touch left toe back, pivot 1/2 turn left (weight now on left)

 STEP, 1/2 PIVOT, RIGHT SHUFFLE, STOMP, STOMP, APPLE-JACKS

1-2  Step forward on right, pivot 1/2 turn left
3&4  Step forward on right, step left next to right, step forward on right
5-6  Stomp left foot next to right, stomp right foot shoulder width apart
&7   Weight on left heel and right toe: swivel left toe and right heel to left, swivel to center
&8   Weight on left toe and right heel: swivel left heel and right toe to right, swivel to center
You may substitute the apple jacks with heel splits.

 SIDE-ROCK, CROSS SHUFFLE, 1/4, STEP BACK, LEFT COASTER

1-2  Rock right to side, recover weight onto left
3&4  Cross step right over left, step left to side, cross step right over left
5-6  Turn 1/4 right and step back on left, step back on right
7&8  Step back on left, step right next to left, step forward on left

 1/2 TURN, TRIPLE 1/2 TURN, FORWARD-ROCK, LEFT COASTER

1-2  Traveling forward turn 1/2 right stepping; right, left
3&4  Triple step 1/2 turn right; stepping right, left, right
1,2,3&4 may be replaced by: step forwards right, left, right shuffle forwards

5-6  Rock forward on left, recover weight onto right
7&8  Step back on left, step right next to left, step forward on left

 REPEAT
